ClassPrint ("ClassPrint," "we," "us," or "our") provides an online platform at classprint.net that helps teachers generate printable classroom activity sheets. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone who visits or creates an account on classprint.net.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your name and email address. After you confirm your email via the verification link we send you, you choose a password, which we store securely (hashed, never in plain text).

Usage and content data

We keep a record of your token balance, plan tier, and which tools you've used (e.g. word search, sudoku, coloring pages) so the platform can function and so we can provide support if something goes wrong. We do not sell or share the content of the activity sheets you generate.

Payment information

ClassPrint does not currently process live payments — paid plans are being rolled out gradually during our testing period. When paid subscriptions go live, payments will be handled entirely by a third-party payment provider; we will never store your full card details ourselves, and this policy will be updated with the specific provider's name before that happens.

Technical data

Like most websites, our servers automatically log standard technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — used for security, fraud prevention, and diagnosing problems.

Third-party AI processing

Coloring page generation is powered by an AI image model provided by a third-party AI provider. The text prompts used to generate a coloring page are sent to that provider's API to produce the image. We do not send your account email or any payment details to this provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and token balance
• To process subscription payments once billing is live
• To provide customer support
• To detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service
• To improve the platform (e.g. understanding which tools are most used)
• To send essential service communications (e.g. email verification, token expiry notices)

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, though this will affect your ability to stay logged in.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider. We use industry-standard measures — encrypted password storage and secure connections (HTTPS) — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data against unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records for tax or legal purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or similar laws, including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
