Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClassPrint, operated as a service based in South Africa. By creating an account or using classprint.net, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

ClassPrint is a token-based platform that generates printable classroom activity sheets, including word searches, mazes, sudoku puzzles, math workbooks, code breakers, telling-time practice, and AI-generated coloring pages. Tokens are consumed each time you generate content, at the rates displayed on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account is intended for one user; sharing login credentials to circumvent token limits is not permitted.

3. Plans and Tokens

• Free plan includes a starting once-off token allowance for our standard workbook tools only (no Coloring Book access).
• Lite and Pro plans renew each billing period and grant a fresh token allowance each renewal. Pro also unlocks the AI Coloring Book.
• Holiday Bundle tokens are a one-time purchase and expire 21 days after purchase.
• Unused monthly plan tokens do not roll over to the next billing period.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.

4. Payments

ClassPrint does not currently process live payments — we're rolling out paid plans gradually during our testing period. When paid subscriptions go live, payments will be processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and these Terms will be updated to name that provider and link to its own terms. All fees will be quoted in the currency shown at checkout and will be non-refundable except as required by law or as stated below.

5. Refunds

Because tokens are consumed on use, we generally do not offer refunds for tokens already used. If you experience a technical error that consumed tokens without producing usable output, contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis and may issue a token credit at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ClassPrint to generate unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content, including content unsuitable for a classroom setting
• Attempt to circumvent token limits, rate limits, or account restrictions
• Resell, redistribute, or scrape ClassPrint's outputs or platform for commercial purposes outside your own classroom or institutional use
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying software or AI prompts powering the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Content Ownership

You own the activity sheets and worksheets you generate using your account, and may use them freely for classroom, tutoring, or personal educational purposes. The underlying ClassPrint platform, software, branding, and design remain the intellectual property of ClassPrint.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Coloring Book tool uses AI to generate images. While we aim for high quality, AI-generated output can occasionally be inaccurate, imperfect, or require review before classroom use. You're responsible for reviewing generated materials before distributing them to students.

9. Availability

We aim to keep ClassPrint available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or occasionally experience downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClassPrint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassPrint and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ClassPrint after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
